At Paranoia Rising Games, we believe that it's important for everyone to see themselves represented in their games. To accomplish this, we need content creators from all backgrounds.
Please reach out to info@paranoiarising.com if you'd like to be listed as an artist, content creator, designer, or publisher.
We hope that this can be a growing list of creators and a valuable resource to build each other up as a community.
Arwen is a MTF Transgender podcast host of Cardboard Time. She has been a hobby board gamer since 2011, amassing a large collection of games; collecting them faster than she was able to play them! Cardboard Time was started as a way to document my journey to play those 700+ unplayed games, highlight those that stood out, and share any lessons learned with listeners. Cardboard Time does reviews and previews of games and discusses the latest and greatest gaming topics.
Jenna is a deaf and queer board game and RPG YouTuber. On Dice Stew, you can expect to see unboxing, educational videos/tutorials, play-throughs, and more. Jenna's main goal is to provide content in ASL with English voiceover/captions for accessibility.
Amy & Maggie are an Australian lesbian couple with two very different perspectives on what makes a great game. Amy (Thinker) is all about the mechanics and enjoys tight competitive games while Maggie (Themer) enjoys the theme, the storytelling, and the 'world' the designer is trying to create. ThinkerThemer does reviews (mostly heavy Euros), Amy has a Kickstarter Diaries series (and dabbles in painting minis) and Maggie does solo game reviews.
Tabitha and her husband create custom products and also do graphic design/logos. Tabitha is pansexual and her and her husband named their company Binky's Kustoms after their daughter's nickname.
Dina is an energetic, neurodiverse, deaf/hard of hearing, and pansexual social media marketeer. They brought us #marketingwithdina, a series giving game designers actionable insight on how to better talk about their games online and connect with their audience. The tag grew and ended up becoming its own website focused on helping game designers make the most of their presence on social media.
When Dina isn't playing and working with games, they like to make games, with the primary focus being on board games and TTPRG's.
